Louise "Weeze" Brigman, 74 of Fayetteville passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 in her home. Louise was a retired Administrative Assistant-Elections-Coordinator for the Cumberland County Board of Elections. Everyone that worked for Cumberland County and involved in politics came to know and love her simply as "Weeze". Louise was a faithful and involved member of Northwood Temple Church for over thirty years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Brigman. A Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Northwood Temple Church with Dr. John Hedgepeth, officiating. Burial will follow in Cross Creek Cemetery #3. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm on Tuesday. She is survived by a son, Robert Guy Brigman, Jr. and wife, Nicole, of Wake Forest; daughter, Joy Brigman Tart of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Bobby Brigman, Jason Brigman, Jessica Brigman, and Garrett Tart; great-grandson, Julian Brigman, and not to forget, her beloved Yorkie, Scilla.
