Fayetteville, NC- Margaret Bullard "Bobbie" Threatt passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Carolina House in Wake Forest. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold, Parents, Ethel Palmer Bullard & Thomas Bullard, and brothers, Louis, Tommy & Harold. Bobbie Retired from the Cumberland County School System in 1988. Following retirement she & Harold organized the Cumberland Heights Community Watch. Following Harold's death Bobbie was instrumental in establishing a neighborhood memorial garden. She is survived by a daughter & son-in-law, Karen & Clarence Jordan of Franklinton, NC, sister, Betty Bullard Dumas and a brother, William Charles Bullard, both of Fayetteville and several nieces & nephews. A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 1pm to 2pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home with a chapel service following at 2pm, Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the Carolina House of Wake Forest & Hospice of Wake County for the excellent care they provided to Bobbie.
