Margaret Cavin Clark, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, July 26, 2010, at Village Green. She was a native of Stanley, N.C., and a 1949 graduate of UNCG. Peggy taught elementary school for 49 years in Erwin, Dunn, and Fayetteville. She was a member of MacPherson Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Samuel J. Clark, Jr. of Carolina Highlands; her son, Samuel J. Clark, III; her daughter-in-law, Lynn G. Clark; all of Fayetteville, and her brother, Walter M. Cavin, of Stanley, N.C. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 on Tuesday at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held at MacPherson Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Randall officiating at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday with interment at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Methodist University, 5400 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, N.C. 28311
