AUTRYVILLE - Mrs. Margaret Honeycutt McKeithan, 82, died Sunday, May 10, 2009, in Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center in Fayetteville. Mrs. McKeithan was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and co-owner of Mack's Cabinet Shop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper McKeithan; and a son, Tommy McKeithan. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2009, in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ben Smith officiating. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. McKeithan is survived by a daughter, Jewel Sheppard and husband Ernest of Autryville; a son, David McKeithan and wife Joan of Waxhaw; two sisters, Emily Izzel of Greensboro and Connie Cloud of California; three grandchildren, Patty Alder and husband David, Jennifer Shaw and husband Jessie, and Jan Horton and husband Zach; and five great-grandchildren, Ned Horton, Benjamin Horton, Haleigh Shaw, Tyler Shaw and Tommy Alder.
