Mrs. Marilyn Rene Funderburk Bullock, 69, of Stedman, NC, passed Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.

Marilyn was born July 1, 1954, in Monroe, NC, to the late Donald Carson Funderburk and Maxine Carolyn Austin Funderburk.  She was self-employed at Professional Opticians and attended Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, L. Roger Bullock.

Marilyn is survived by her two daughters, Shelley Bullock Taylor (and husband James "Jimmy") of St. Pauls and Crystal Bullock Fields (and husband Dohn) of Stedman; four grandchildren, Alex Fields, Jackson Taylor, Andrew Fields, and Hannah Rose Taylor; one sister, Sandra Funderburk Fincher (and husband Mark) of Fayetteville; and two nephews, Nicholas Fincher and Jason Carson Fincher.

A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Entombment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 2301 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.  The family will receive friends on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
