Marion Leondias "Leon" Horne, 74, died Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Northwood Temple burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park . Surviving are his brothers, Rowland N.Horne, Jr. and wife Pat and Rev. Gary W. Horne and wife Elaine; sisters, Barbara Matthews and Sandra Hammond.
