Mrs. Martha Washington Van Hook, 87, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008.
Services: Funeral, 11 a.m. Friday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville. Burial in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survived by: Son, William; daughter, Nancy; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
