Martha Louise "Marty" Clark, 77, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Marty was born on September 28, 1944, in Washington, DC, to the late Joseph and Margie Adkins Ptaszynski.  She was the Office Manager at Pediatric Partners.  She loved her job and providing for her family, even up until she became unable to work.  She loved her cats and Elvis Presley

She is predeceased by her parents and her husband, William Bruce "Bill" Clark.

Marty is survived by her daughter, Melissa Lloyd and husband, Ray; sons, Mark McDowell and Matthew McDowell and wife, Mina; brother, Russell Ptaszynski; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.  A private burial will take place at Lafayette Memorial Park at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or a charity of one's choice.
