Marvin W. Monday FAYETTEVILLE - Marvin Walker Monday, 58, of Fayetteville, died Friday, March 5, 2010, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Memorial services will be held Monday, March 8, 2010, at 3 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Monday was the owner and operator of Mr. Marvin's Landscape Consulting. His passion for life was for gardening and nature. He was preceded in death by his father, Naaman Monday; and a son, Brian Monday. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Anne Monday of the home; sons, Andy Monday of Richmond, Va., and Daniel Monday of Knoxville, Tenn.; daughter, Amanda Monday of Kenmore, N.Y.; grandson, Autumn Monday; and mother and stepfather, Ima and Samuel Shaw of Kenbridge, Va. a brother, Roger Monday of Amelia, Va, two sisters, Patricia Monday of Richmond, Va and Felicia Murphy of Sandston, Va.
