Mary Elizabeth Bryant, 86, of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday August 5, 2015. She was born in Cumberland County on October 14,1928 to the late E.L Maxwell & Geneva Harris Maxwell.

She was a manager of Paper Stock Dealers, a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where she was a choir director for over 40 years. God , Family, Best Friends & Music were her loves of life. She was loved by all.

She was a graduate of Stedman High School.

She cherished the pet that gave her comfort, Sweet Pea.

Preceded in death by Her parents, Her Husband, W.H. Bryant, Jr, & three brothers, Doug, Lacy & Johnny Maxwell.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, the funeral will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 2pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 11am in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street.

She is survived by her daughters, Ginny Faith Bryant, Carolyn Graham & husband Mokie, Sister, Gladys Fleming of Texas, grandchildren, Mary Alice Owens and husband Mark and Craig Graham & great grandchildren, Kaitlin Owens, Scott Owens, Nathan Owens, Elizabeth Owens and Addison Graham & numerous nieces & nephews.
