Matthew William "Matt" Giaccone 29, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, October 26, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. in Hay Street United Methodist Church with Rev. David Blackman presiding. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m at the church.

Matt is survived by his mother, Sidney Sue Buck "Cindy" Giaccone and stepfather Steve Dawson of Fayetteville; his father, Robert William Giaccone and stepmother Mary Jo Giaccone of Independence, KY; his 3 sisters, Rachael Giaccone of Fayetteville, Allison Giaccone of Cornelius and Tiffany Revels of McGees Crossroads; two nephews, Kader and Griffin; four aunts, Wendy McRae, Shelby Buck, Becky Sisk and Cheryl Daniels; and three uncles, Douglas Giaccone, Kenneth Giaccone and Christopher Giaccone.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Charlotte Rescue Mission, 907 W 1st St, Charlotte, NC 28202.
