Mattie Mae Parker, 95 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in Carolina Rehab. Mattie was born on January 15, 1920 in Cumberland County to the late Maggie and William Parker.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence Parker and sisters, Georgianna Horner, Ruby Evans, and Maude Bordeaux.

Mattie was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church for 90 years. She was a retired employee of Jackson Mattress Co. after 46 years.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 2:00 pm in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St. with Rev. Phil Lloyd, officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service and other times at 212 Hopedale St. Fayetteville, N.C. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
