FAYETTEVILLE - Ms. Mattie Lee Parrott, 66, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Eastside Church of God. The burial will follow in Cross Creek Cemetery. Visitation, 6 to 8pm Friday, February 15, 2013 at the church. Mrs. Mattie Lee Parrott was born March 11, 1946, in Robeson County to the late Lizzie Revels and Walter Scott. Mattie was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Scott; a son, Christopher Doyle Locklear; and a nephew, Marshall Ivey. She is survived by her fianc?e, Ricky Haire; two sons, Stoney Scott and Nelson Locklear, both of Fayetteville; five grandchildren, Cheyenne Maria Hewett, Michael Scott, Michael Locklear, Aleaha Scott, and Angela Christine Feltner; three great-grandchildren, Ella Nicole Feltner, Britney Alexis Adams, and Taylor Michelle Feltner; two brothers, Percell Scott of Fayetteville and Neil Archie of St. Pauls; and four sisters, Margaret Jones of Lumberton, Betty Owens of Parkton, Mary Ann Bryant of Fayetteville and Baby Ruth Bryant of Fayetteville. Visitation, 6 to 8pm Friday, February 15, 2013 at the church. Services: Funeral, 3 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Eastside Church of God. Burial in Cross Creek Cemetery.
