Max Lennon Davis, 86 of Fayetteville, died Saturday, September 26, 2015 in Greenville, S.C.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Jernigan-Warren Chapel, Entombment will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Sara Morgan Davis; sons, Denny Davis and wife Sandy, Kenny Davis and wife Susan, Darryl Davis and wife Ashley; sister, Emmaline Bullock; grandchildren, Wayne, Tim, Garrett. Haley, and Charley Davis and Shelly Dunigan; great grandchildren, Maci and Jackson Davis and Brandon Dunigan.
