Melvin Vinson Mauldin, 70, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, May 25,  2021 at the SECU UNC Hospice House in Pittsboro, NC.

Melvin was born January 11, 1951 in Cumberland County, NC to the late Thelma Vinson and Clarence Edward Mauldin. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence E. and Henry Marvin Mauldin.

Melvin was a Navy veteran and a retired realtor in Fayetteville for 30 years.

Committal services will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.

Melvin is survived by his wife, Becky Mauldin; daughter, Leigh Brungardt and husband Brandon; brother, Bruce Anthony Mauldin; grandchildren, Zoey and Riley Brungardt.
