Micah Paul Laymon, 24, of Raeford, died Sunday, July 8, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Rivers of Living Water Church of God with the Rev. Paul Keeter officiating.

Micah had a love for Jesus, family, and passion for music with the talent of playing any instrument within his grasp. He was no stranger to anyone he met regardless of age; witnessing of Christ's love for them. He enjoyed discussing the Bible, politics, campfires, changing his hair style according to his moods, and competing with his dad on beard growth and style.

Micah was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Thelma Glass of Jacksonville, Florida

Surviving are his parents, Paul and Debbie Laymon; brother, Josiah Laymon and wife Judy; sister, Jocelyn Laymon; paternal grandparents, Richard and JoEtta Laymon of Indianapolis, Indiana; Fiance. Carmen Rebecca Baum; nephews and niece, Milo, Silas, Jordan, and Melody.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm prior to the service at the Church.
