Michael John Kenney, 68, of Fayetteville, NC, died Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.

Michael was born July 30, 1954, in Arlington, VA, to the late John Franklin Kenney and Elizabeth Mary Finnerty.  He was a US Navy Veteran, serving in Vietnam.  Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Kenney and his sister-in-law, Jeanne Kenney.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Mary Conrad (and husband, Stephen); his son, Ian Kenney; two sisters, Patty Johnson (and husband, Mike) and Terri Rounds (and husband, Tim); and two grandchildren, Landon Conrad and Parker Conrad.

A memorial service will be conducted in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA, at a later date.
