Fayetteville, NC- Mr. Michael E. Rudman, 36, of Fayetteville, died Monday, March 2, 2009, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Michael was an Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm and worked as a teacher at Cornerstone Christian Academy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacque and Norma Rudman. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 10:30 am in Cornerstone Baptist Church with Pastor Greg Ordione officiating. The burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Michael is survived by his wife, Lisa C. Rudman of the home; son, Joshua Rudman of the home; three brothers, Joe Throw of Fargo, ND, Chuck Throw and Tom Throw, both of Hartford City, Indiana; and a sister, Mary Cooper of Hartford City. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday evening at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
