Michelle Lee Kuzakin, 49, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Lafayette Memorial Park with Father Jack Kelly, officiating. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Michelle is survived by her daughter, Brittany Kuzakin-Knapp and husband Rodney, Jr. of Hope Mills; mother, Mary H. Hix of Fayetteville; father, Chester A. Moore of Charlestown, West Virginia; brother, Sam R. Kuzakin, Jr. of Stedman; aunt, Debra Hanrahan of Plattsburg, New York.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brittany Kuzakin-Knapp Education Fund, 251 Waterdown Dr. Unit 4, Fayetteville, NC 28314.
