Mildred Louise Norris, 87 of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 in her home.

Mildred was born January 16, 1930 in Cumberland County to the late Reba and William Madden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Norris.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Dr. Fortner, officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Norris of Hope Mills; daughters, Patricia Zucosky of Fayetteville and Jean Rose and husband Pete of Clayton; sister, Beatrice Madden of Charlotte; grandchildren, Joseph Zucosky and wife Reema, Timothy Rose and wife Ashley and Teri Zucosky; great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Hailey, Alex, Reagan and Austin.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
