FAYETTEVILLE- Myra Bain Cain Stanton, 95, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2009 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She was a member of Campground United Methodist Church and a former member of MacPherson Presbyterian Church. She was also a retired secretary to the Adjutant General at Ft. Bragg. She was preceded in death by her husbands Sidney Ivey Cain and Walker Stanton. Sisters, Ava Dell Owen, Vernon Kinlaw, Jessie McCoy, Eva Beard, Virginia Curry and Grace Royal. Brothers, Earl Bain and Clarence Bain. The family will receive friends Friday November 13, 2009 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, the funeral will follow at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel by the Rev. David Wade and Dr. Al Shuler, burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. She is survived by her Nieces, Katie Owen Bedsole of Fayetteville, Ava Ray Owen Monroe and her husband Arnold of Hillsborough, Joy Royal McNeill and husband Floyd of Raeford, Vivian Kinlaw of Fayetteville, Virginia Dare Granahan of Brazil, Indiana, Georgiana Law of Dunndullen, Florida, Delores Beard, Sudie Mae Rutherford of Holiday, Florida, Libby Beard Cowart of Stark, Florida, Gloria Jean Fisher of Columbia , SC, Nephews, Danny Kinlaw and wife Kay of Fayetteville, Al Kinlaw and wife Lucy of Fayetteville, Bill McCoy and Wife Dianne of Fayetteville, Ricky McCoy of Fayetteville, Henry McCoy and Wife Norma of Jacksonville and Franklin Royal and wife Barbara of Rocky Mount, Michael Bain, Bill Royal and wife Faye of Orlando, Fla, and Duncan Kinlaw.
