Mrs. Nancy Blackburn Frazier, 76, of Oak Island, NC, passed away Monday, December 4, 2006, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and moved to Oak Island in 1968, where she was a member of Ocean View United Methodist Church. She loved the beach, gardening, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Knox Frazier Jr. She is survived by her three loving children: Barbara Frazier Maddox, Randy Frazier, and Chuck Frazier; a brother, Bob Blackburn, and a sister Marjorie McCorkle, and her grandchildren Missie Taylor, Sandy Drew, Allison Phillips, Michael Frazier, Cody Heathco, Erica Prassenos, and Deena Rollins; and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 6th from 6 to 8 pm. Memorial services will be held at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home on Thursday, December 7th at 11:00 am. Graveside services will be held at Cape Fear Memorial Park, Hwy 211, in Southport, NC at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ocean View Church Building Fund, 600 Yaupon Drive, Oak Island, NC 28465.
