Ms. Nellie Lucinda St. Clair, "Cindy Tyler", 70, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, August 28, 2010, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at 11 am in Peace Presbyterian Church with Rev. Annelle Waldron officiating. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul St. Clair; and her parents, Joseph Monroe Tyler and Ruby Pearce Tyler. She is survived by her brothers, Edward "Butch" Tyler of Twain Harte, CA, Richard P. "Toby" Tyler and his wife, Laura Tyler, of Manchester, NH, and William "Bill" Tyler of Grover Beach, CA; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am Tuesday morning at Peace Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are being handled by Jernigan Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
