Oscar D. Walters, 79, of Fayetteville, NC. Passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016. The Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 3rd, 2016 from 1pm to 2:30pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home with a funeral service following in the chapel at 2:30 pm Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years Betty Clemmons Walters; daughters, Marsha Walthall and Renee' Bueing; son, Oscar Walters, Jr.; brothers, Homer and Ralph Walters; grandchildren, Chris Walters, Joseph Walthall, Chase and Haley Bueing; great grandchildren, Hayden and Brennen Walters, Chloe and Brantley Bueing.
