Mrs. Patricia Kelly Carpenter, 73, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007, in her home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2007, in the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. Mitch Minson officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight, July 17, 2007, at the funeral home. Mrs. Carpenter is survived by two sons, James Kelly of Fayetteville and James Carpenter of Fayetteville; two daughters, Sharon Heath of Fayetteville and Cathy Reedy and husband Gary of Savannah, Ga.; a sister, Connie Medvic of Maryland; eight grandchildren, Michael Carpenter, Michael Barber, Corey Barber, Justin Barber, Jennifer Kelly, Jamie Kelly, Jeffrey Coleman and Amanda Reedy; and four great-grandchildren. Services entrusted to Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
