HOPE MILLS — Mrs. Patricia Ann Herrin Blair, 64, of Hope Mills, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015, in her home.

Funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, July 7, 2015, in Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, one hour prior to the service.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Cary Gray Blair.

She is survived by daughter, Penny Alicia Blair and fiancé David Starr of Hope Mills; son, Timothy Gray Blair and wife Holly of Fayetteville; sister, Brenda Sawyer and husband Jimmy of Hope Mills; brother, Billy Herrin of Parkton; stepbrothers, John Lesley and Joe Crolin; stepsisters, Sharon Lesley, Shirley Wilson and husband Tommie, and Linda Crolin, all of Georgia; grandchildren, Tiffany Schucker and Brandon Blair; and niece, Teresa Berends.
