Fayetteville, N.C. Miss Peggy Sue Matthews, 59 of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 in Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. Memorial services will be held on Monday, April 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Beddingfield, Rev. Paula McCosh, and Rev. Ron Williams officiating. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall at the church one hour prior to the service. Miss Matthews was preceded in death by her father D.L. "Donnie" Matthews . She is survived by her mother Ann P. Matthews of Fayetteville and a brother Donald L. Matthews and wife Christina of Vero Beach, Fla. and a nephew D. Joshua Matthews.
