Ms. Peggy Carter Reeser, 77, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, in Whispering Pines Nursing Home & Rehab of Fayetteville. She was a longtime manager of One Hour Koretizing on Raeford Road. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville with Chaplain Michelle Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Ms. Reeser was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Bessie Carter; daughter, Debbie Reeser; infant, baby Reeser; and nephew, Eugene Wade Coats Jr. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, David and Alfreda Reeser; loving daughter and son-in-law, Robyn and David Burkett; three sisters, Mildred Fisher, Pam Searle and Pat Coats and their spouses; four beautiful grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Jay and Amber; and several special nieces and nephews. The family would like to acknowledge the care and love shown to Peggy and all her family by the wonderful staff at Whispering Pines Nursing Home & Rehab of Fayetteville.
