Retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Peter Richard Moody, 91, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Graveside services with full military honors will be held in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., at a later date. Survived by: Wife, Mary; sons, Peter Jr., Joseph and Benjamin; daughters, Judith McDermott and Melissa Hawes; stepdaughter, Jacqueline Bradley; brothers, Jerry and Jack; 12 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
