Peter Angelo Porreco, 66, of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Duke-Raleigh Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Peter was born June 6, 1955 in Akron, Ohio to the late Sherry and Peter Porreco.

Pete never met a stranger. He was loved by his wife,  family,  and friends and loved them fiercely in return. Whatever Pete did or wherever he went he made things better and more fun. Pete was a hard worker, and he always had a strong, outstanding work ethic. Heaven received another angel.

A  Funeral Mass at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5050 Oak St. Hope Mills, NC 28348 on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11 am. Interment at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton to be at a later date.

Peter is survived by his wife, Beth Porreco; brothers, Frank A. Porreco and wife Debbie, Joseph J. Porreco; sisters, Vicki L. Richardson and husband Bob, Theresa M. Rich; 16 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers,  memorials to Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5050 Oak St. Hope Mills, NC 28348; Parkinson's Foundation or the Stroke Foundation.
