Philip Allen Simmons, 31 of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, September 13,2013.Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 12:30 p.m. till 1:45 p.m. Philip was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Colletti; paternal grandparents, Sonny and Juanita Simmons; maternal grandfather, Wendell Holmes Phillips. Philip is survived by his mother, Sharon Phillips Cheshire and partner Kevin Axtell of Fayetteville; father, John Charles Simmons and wife Lynda of Sparta; brothers, Paul Ivey Cheshire and wife Heather of Fayetteville; Chris Ketrow and wife Karsen of Angier; paternal stepgrandparents, Howard and Joan Cheshire of Fayetteville; maternal grandmother, Hilda Ivey Phillips of Fayetteville; stepfather, William H.
