Mrs. Phyllis "Phee Phee" Davis, 53, of Wade, passed away Monday morning, October 28, 2013, at Golden Years Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 3 pm at Oak Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Couillard presiding. Phyllis was born October 10, 1960, in Guilford County to the late Hugh J. and Janet Phillips. She has worked the past 15 years with Courtyard by Marriott, most recently as the restaurant supervisor. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, George Graham Davis, III. of Wade; sister, Jeanette Starling and husband, Eddie, of Fayetteville; brother, Joe Phillips of Creedmoor; nieces, Jessica and Katie Phillips, Nikki Beard and Nicole Evans. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, October 29, from 7 to 9 pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
