Mr. R. Harold Bullard, 80, of Faytetteville, died Friday, February 11, 2011, in his home. Mr. Bullard was a Marine Corps veteran. He was a retired salesman with Atlantic Tobacco Company. He was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church since 1947. He was an Elder and member of the John M. Wilson Sunday School Class. Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 2 pm in Highland Presbyterian Church by Dr. J. Ernest Johnson and Dr. \\"Doc\\" Wyle. Following the service, the family will receive friends at a reception in the church. He is survived by his wife, Annie Lou Bullard of the home; two sons, Frank Bullard of Atlanta and Jeffrey Bullard and wife Michelle of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, J.E. \\"Jeb\\" Jr., Palmer, and Williford; brother, William Bullard; and sisters, Betty Dumas and Margaret Threet. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy and Lewis Bullard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Presbyterian Church, 111 Highland Avenue, Fayetteville NC 28305.
