Ralph Alan Godbold, 59, of Gray's Creek passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Duke University Hospital.

Ralph was a graduate of South View High School and East Carolina University where he received his BS in Business Administration and Finance.  He was employed as CFO and Account Representative with Olde Fayetteville Insurance. Ralph was a proud member of Manna Church where he served as Outreach Director for the Hope Mills site and as an Encourager for the Encouragers Ministry.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas (J.T.) and Annie Godbold; God parents, Stacy, Sr. and Carol Rogers; and brother, Charles Godbold.

He was a devoted and loving husband and father to his wife of 29 years, Dianne Bledsoe Godbold and daughters, Hannah and Katelyn Godbold.

He is also survived by his brothers, Tommy Godbold (Julia), Larry Godbold (Charlotte), Stacy Rogers, Jr. (Marla), and David Rogers; sisters, Wanda Godbold (Terry), and Angie Rogers Evans (Chris); Father and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Janice King Bledsoe; brothers-in-law, Stump Bledsoe (Kim) and Billy Bledsoe (Wendy), niece, Natalie Zoldy (Jesse), and nephews, Hunter, Dillon, Tanner, and Brooks Bledsoe.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Manna Church – Hope Mills site, 3736  Legion Rd. Hope Mills, NC.  Burial will follow at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
