Obituary

Raymond  "Ray" Henry Glasgow, 79 of Fayetteville passed away peacefully Saturday, February 1, 2020 at his residence.

Ray was born June 19, 1940 in Roxboro, N.C. to the late Hal Glasgow and Minerva Solomon Glasgow. He retired from  the U.S. Army and was co-owner of J & R Logging. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, golf, scrapping and recycling.

Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Brigitte Glasgow; daughters, Sheila Honeycutt, Cacilie Glasgow-Lebatard (Michael);  son, Barry Glasgow (Sonya); sisters, Mary, Louise; brothers, Mike, Richard, David; six grandchildren Joshua Glasgow and wife Heather, Nikole Sanchez and husband Tony,  Nichole Honeycutt, Chloe Cox and husband Justin, Marena Fann and Husband Walker, Chelse Lebatard.   and nine great grand children, Abigail, Dillon, Olivia, Adeline Glasgow, Noah, Dillaney Sanchez, Brody, CeCe Cox, Finley Fann

The family will receive friends at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 1pm to 2pm . The memorial service will follow at 2pm in the funeral home chapel.
