Raymond Allen Smith, 66, of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Raymond was born February 6, 1955 in Cumberland County, NC to the late Bishop Boyd and Lucille Smith. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Daniel and Richard Smith; sister, Jeanette Lee.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 2 pm at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Wade, NC. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Gayl West Smith; daughters, Alison Haney and husband Bobby, Rachel Jackson and Matthew; brother, Randy Smith and wife Debbie; sister, Rhonda Walker; grandchildren, Lauren Bullard and Ava Jackson.
