Richard "Ray" Austin Fowler, 81, of 332 Bartow Drive, Fayetteville, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Mr. Fowler was a Marine Corps veteran. He retired from Overnight Transportation after 33 years of service and was Driver of the Year in North Carolina in 1990. He was a past employee of Sears & Roebuck Co. and Jerry
