Mr. Richard Brian Honeycutt, 49, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, September 6, 2014, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014, at 3:30 pm in Jernigan Warren Chapel with Rev. Mark Fenn presiding. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. Richard is survived by his wife of 24 years, Patricia Honeycutt; his daughter, Haley Honeycutt; his son, Hayden Honeycutt, all of the home; and sister, Amy Cothran of Fayetteville. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 4 to 6 pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to one's favorite charity.
