Mr. Robert Levair Barrs, 89, of Linden, NC, died Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.

Robert was born April 18, 1933, to the late James Archie Barrs and Laura Sharpe Dangerfield Barrs.  He retired from the US Army.  Robert enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and helping others in need.

Robert is survived by his grandson, Dallas Seagroves (and wife Melissa); his granddaughter, Kelly Seagroves-Tepe; and great-grandchildren, Austin Lane Seagroves, Daniel Lee Seagroves, Ty Robert Tepe, and Madeline Mae Seagroves.

A private service will be held at a later date.
