Ruby McPhaul Norton, 89 of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Carolina Inn at Village Green. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Norton. She graduated from Highsmith Rainey Nursing School and was retired as a Nurse from the VA Hospital. A Graveside service will be conducted Saturday January 26, 2008 at 1:00pm at Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street by Rev. Annelle Waldron. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. She is survived by several neices and nephews.
