Ruby Mae Reeves Lovick, 89 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Carolina Inn.
Ruby was born March 4, 1934 in Randleman, NC to the late Maude and Herman Reeves. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Verdery Lovick and sisters, Josephine Bunch and Peggy Todd.
She was a 1952 graduate of Massey Hill High School. She was a retired teacher's aide with the Cumberland County Schools. Ruby was a faithful member of New Hope Church of God.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11 AM at Lafayette Memorial Park.
She is survived by a daughter, Gail Lovick Leaphart and a grandson, Chad Knowles and wife Heather.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope Church of God, 3109 Camden Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306.
