Ruby Parnell Sykes, 83, of Fayetteville died Tuesday, February 1, 2017.

Mrs. Sykes retired in 2009 as a Real Estate Broker and was a member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Cedar Falls Baptist Church. Private Burial will be held on Monday. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday in the Church fellowship hall.

Mrs. Sykes is survived by her husband, Samuel Mason Sykes; son, Mike Fredricks; step-daughter, Scotti Marshburn and husband Steve; step—son Jamie Sykes and wife Shannon; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter.
