Mrs. Ruth Butler Ratley, 84 of Raeford formerly of Fayetteville, died Wed. March 5, 2014 at Moore Regional Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday,March 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Burial will follow in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery .The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Survivors are sons Dan Ratley, Steve Ratley, Ronnie Ratley, Phillip Ratley and a sister Sarah Kunst and 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
