Mr. Sampson Wendel Harris, 79, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 17th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Chapel burial will follow in Oak Grove Church Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Edna; sons, Dale and wife Julie and Jerry and wife Donna; brother, Roy Harris; sisters, Judy Barbour, Edna Thornton and Clarice Carr; grandchildren, Brittany Harris Polk and Husband Creed, Cody Harris and Anthony Harris.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Saturday one hour prior to the service at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
