RAEFORD - Army Sgt. Samuel Wayne Jernigan, 55, of Raeford, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013. Service: Graveside, 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Visitation, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jernigan-Warren Funeral home in Fayetteville. Survived by: Children, Rachel Blanchard, Dale Blanchard; siblings, Cynthia Moore, Debbie Balton, Allan, Terry; two grandchildren.Service: Graveside, 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Visitation, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jernigan-Warren Funeral home in Fayetteville
