Sharon Nix, 81, of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.

Sharon was born September 3, 1941.

Sharon was a retired Cumberland County school teacher and a faithful member of Lafayette Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 2 PM at Lafayette Baptist Church on Monday, July 17, 2023.

She is survived by her husband, William Nix; niece, Leann Nix of Las Vegas, NV; sister-in-law, Ruth Van Voorhees of Ormond Beach, FL; brother-in-law, James Nix of Wisconsin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lafayette Baptist Church, 501 Hope Mills Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
