Shawna was born May 20, 1976 in Huntingdon, TN, to Dianne Thompson and Samuel Butler. Funeral services for Shawna will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 17, 2012, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Chapel, Fayetteville. Burial, Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery. Visitation, 6 to 8 p.m. Monday April 16, 2012 at the funeral home. Shawna was an employee of Womack Army Medical Center. She is survived by her husband Scot Givens, her daughter Ashley Martin of Huntingdon, AR, her sons Kristopher Hollingsworth of the home, and Austin Newman of Jackson, MO, her grandson Connor, her parents Robert and Dianne Thompson of Marion, AR and Samuel and Linda Butler of Yuma, TN, her sister Shay Eaves of Nashville, TN, and her brothers Samuel Butler Jr of Jackson, TN and Timothy Thompson of Marion, AR, her grandmother Mary Hayes of Portagedille, MO, her nieces Marybeth, Shelby, Madison, Zoe, Jordan, and Gabby, her nephews Ben and Andrew, and countless friends and family from all over the country. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers Rex Hayes of Portagedille, MO and Wayne Butler of Westport, TN, and her grandmother Kathleen Butler of Westport, TN. and grandparents, Roland & Thelma Thompson.
