Mrs. Shelbia Bunnell Tetreault, 86, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away peacefully Monday, November 20, 2023, with her loving daughter by her side.

Shelbia was born April 8, 1937, in Robeson County, NC, to the late Norman L. Bunnell and Macy Davis Bunnell. Shelbia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Donald Paul Tetreault:

sisters, Gertrude Benson, Emma "Dot" Ray, Kathleen B. Smith, Hallie B. Brown, and Rebecca B. Cavert; brothers, Norman Hubert Bunnell, Mathew Weldon "Chick" Bunnell, and Joseph Samuel Bunnell.

Shelbia was a loving wife, mother, aunt, and sister. We were blessed to have had her for 86 years. During her life she was a legal assistant, a secretary for the Department of Defense, and an accomplished Phlebotomist. She was a member of Parkton Baptist Church, Parkton, NC. Shelbia enjoyed music, dancing, her pet dogs, and birds. She enjoyed bird watching and being with her family.

Shelbia is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Daniel) T. Fedele, one grandchild Lucian (Luca) Fedele and a multitude of loving nieces, nephews, and their families.

She was the last of nine siblings to go home and we know there were joyous reunions in Heaven.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Shelbia and Donald Tetreault.
