FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Shirley J. Brigman, 74, of 504 Shoreline Drive, died Saturday, April 25, 2009, in her home. Mrs. Brigman was a lifetime member of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Auxiliary and N.C. Society of Hospital Volunteers. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009, in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel by Allison Collier. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park. Mrs. Brigman is survived by a son, Richard Brigman and wife Rosemery of Fayetteville; two daughters, Deborah Parish and husband George of Fayetteville, and Jacqueline Hewett and husband Ricky of Atlanta; two sisters, Faye Coley of Fayetteville and Elaine Brock of Red Springs; five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and beloved friend, Sandra Morrison. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, April 26, 2009, at the funeral home. Services entrusted to Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
