So Ae Boyes, 82, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at SECU Jim & Bryan UNC Hospice Home in Pittsboro, NC.

So Ae was born June 15, 1937 in Kunsan, South Korea to the late Pun Nyo and Tong Sik Cho.

She was an accomplished painter, and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Committal services are tentatively set for Monday, June 15, 2020 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Nelson Boyes; daughters, Khris Taylor and husband Michael, Dorrene Smith and husband Alan, Toni Pfenning and husband Martin Rivera; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
